Project applications

Every year, MIVA receives about 1000 applications from all over the world. Do you also have a project that needs MIVA's support?

You are welcome to send us your project application. We require the following documents:

• Project description (info about the project, location and the personnel on site, distances, road conditions, info about already existing vehicles, purpose of the desired means of transport)
• Proforma invoice of the desired vehicle
• Financing plan including details of any financing partners (Note: the MIVA contribution amounts to a maximum of 50% of the vehicle costs. Exception: Bicycles, motorbikes, wheelchairs & walking aids, mules)
• Letter of recommendation from the bishop and/or religious superior

The documents can be sent to the MIVA office by email or post. An official MIVA application form will only be sent after these documents have been received and checked.
